Good Morning,

how's everyone handling loadlink these days? for the last few months loadklink was ok with employees working remotely and logging in from different locations and now they want it all under 1 roof again, or they want additional accounts to be setup if we want to continue working remotely.

Just wanted to get an idea how everyone is tackling this?

Not sure why they do this - we have to call them to reset login's every time we change computers. It is very frustrating, and do not see the reason behind this. If we are paying for an account, the login should be accessible from anywhere, not specific to a computer. Just have to deal with it, my hope is they will get sick of resetting logins and change their system.
 
They do it so an office of 20 people cannot use the link from 20 different stations. They make you keep calling to reset it so that you get tired of calling and pay up for another license.
 
We call people all day, it's what we do -I have no issue calling to reset my password, lol. A login in, is a login.
