Loadex -

Looking for more information about Loadex going directly to the customer/ shipper - they did few orders for us and the job was ok to say at most but i got a phone call from the customer / shipper letting me know that they now call for direct orders ... worse the " so called " owner made a trip to seal the deal in person !!

Any insight would be very much appreciated

Same notes in our system, had done 300+ loads and decided to back solicit one of ours customers. Andrew was the contact in 2017.

Only have done a handful of loads, no one back solicited our customer though.
