Stay far away. !!!!! Worst service ever in my life. . Heat and Haz. Told us they would deliver on the Friday the 17th. When our team finally reached them for an update ;they told us driver was at the border, taking his 10 off , once he was reset he would cross. Followed up now driver is pulled in for xray.. won't make delivery. Asked to rebook for the weekend advised them customer was closed on Saturday and Sunday but was willing to come in on the Monday ( Family Day ) at 9 am.. Check on Monday at 6 am was told driver was on schedule to deliver.. Driver didn't arrive at 9.. Followed up told that driver was stuck in traffic.. HAHAH Its a Holiday Monday how much traffic can there be, he should be there with in 30 - 40 minutes.. Still wasn't there.. told he had to switch tractors.. Driver finally showed up at 11 am . Lies upon lies upon lies..

Did you end up paying them and/or has anyone come out of the woodworks claiming to have hauled your load and not been paid by Load Track? A colleague booked a load with them and had no issues, but the shipment cleared customs under a different company that appears to be related to them but it sounds shady.

I've used load track a bunch, honestly haven't had any issues.

communication can be a little slow some times but they do what they are going to say.
