hey does anyone know if they are still operating, can't seem to get anyone there to call back or even answer there phones...know they have a bunch of legal issues....
any info appreciated... into me for about 10 k.
 
bart, they are in mississaauga,on cawthra road office number is 905-803-8388....
was just wondering if anyone else on here is having problems lately with them?????
 
We Did 1 Shipment At The End Of Aug And Got Them To Pay On Credit Card Because The Credit Did Not Look So Good To Us At That Time.

just had a long conversation with the owner, guest of it is i think he is collecting his recievables with every intention of closing down, gave me song and dance about how tought it is in the industry....his name is sam mancina, he has assured me that he has no money,trying to revamp the company by getting a loan from the bank so on and so forth....bottom line HE HELD HIS CUSTOMER RANSOME TO GET HIS MONEY THEN HE FAILED TO PAY ME (ALTHO MY MONEY WAS TO BE HELD IN AN ESCROW ACCOUNT) BUT HE DID PAY A SHAREHOLDERS LOAD TO HIMSELF FOR HIS INTIANIAL INVESTMENT INTO THE COMPANY....SOUNDS LIKE FRAUD TO ME...

think they are done but can't get him to give me the name of the firm handling his bankrupchy...
going to have to try the small claims route... almost worth losing 10 k to get rid of another DEADBEAT LIKE THIS GENTLEMAN.
 
Yes, I spoke to some guy (can't recall his name) He gave me the usual song & dance about being burned by some customers and having cash flow issues and asked me to give him till the 30th. He says his accountant has basically frozen his accounting untill they figure out what they can do. He is not to release any funds to anyone. In other words...it's not looking too good.

yes i kinda figured that out few weeks ago,collecting what he can before he shuts down...he has me blocked now so i cannot see his postings therefore i'm not sure if he is still posting or not.
link needs another complaint to shut him off,need to stop him before he hurts anyone else...i don't want to write of the 10k but i can afford too if necessary... there is no way to collect from his customers as they are for the most part bigger deadbeats than he is. just want everyone to keep an eye out as we know he will start up under a new name and it gives me alot of pleasure to run over worms such as this idiot. ruin his personal name and he might take notice.
 
Their name is still showing on Link but we haven't seen any recent postings.
We've definitely marked him as a 'do not use':eek:
