Has anyone here has dealt with this trucking company? We have been trying to find status of our load to deliver in California and he refuse to answer us. A total nightmare. Do not use this company.

Good morning,
Just a thought, can your customer check the PAPS # with their customs broker to see if the goods have entered into the USA? Also, depending on the PAPS#, it may contain the SCAC code of the transporting carrier. If it's an owner operator it may lead you to your shipment if these guys are not answering the phone.

I have the customs papers but no PAPS. Livingston is useless NO PAPS can't help you. I have called JD Factors and placed his account on hold. I have explained the situation to them and they are happy to help us put pressure by placing his account on hold. I have also email his insurance. In hoping this will be enough pressure to give us an answer as to the status of our delivery. Thank you very much for trying to help out. Much appreciated.
Actually livingston is very good this way to track the shipments that crossed into US. just go to https://www.livingstonintl.com/shipment-tracker/ and put in carrier SCAC code and it will bring all the shipment that crossed into US for that carrier for the past maybe year i guess and then you can check by looking at the port of entry and also the Description of the shipment, Quantity and weight it should match with the one you have on the custom paperwork. Livingston is easy to track

I called back Livingston and spoke with a manager. We found out that the freight had only crossed the Sweetgrass border on Saturday evening 9:03pm. While we were told and arranged cranes for 9am on Friday March 22nd and prior 2 other crane appointments were made for the Monday and then Wednesday in Los Angeles CA. This company will lie. Even when caught with his lies by emails and telephone conversation recorded. He still adds more lies to defends his lies. The end, well we will find out this morning if the driver will deliver at 6am as agreed. We do develop a Masochism disorder working in trucking. We come back for more the next day!! After 28 years i am fully developed..... lol

Finally, my unit has been delivered. I would strongly advise to all of you not to use this company.
