Leland Transport - Dave/Sue - 2341 Whittington Drive - Peterborough

Is anyone else having payment issues with Leland? Never answer phone - invoice over 90 days and will not return any calls...
 
We are having the same problems

They operate through a numbered company as well

Will let you know if we make any progress with payment
 
How are things with Leland Transportation? We will not deal with them. The numbered company is 2017505 Ontario Ltd. Also found out they still own Canadaian Logisitics Inc and they owe alot of people money.
 
We did end up getting our receivable - took 4 months to get it and had to deal directly with the owner - David. Only 2 loads with Leland and they averaged 98 days for payment. Sue in A/P was no help whatsoever and very disorganized. Will not be dealing with ever again....

I know exactly what you mean with Leland!! I finally got paid. I have ALL his info if you need it..I mean home number new cell number the whole enchilada! Let me know if you need any of his info...usually you mention reporting him to the *Link* and he will give you his credit card number.

Thanks for the info - they are on our DNU list so hopefully I won't ever need "new" contact numbers....good to have on hand just in case...
 
I also worked with Trent and they are horrible, I worked with Leland once - they were slow but at least I got paid. Alot of companies could have folded or took off. He paid his bill - alot of guys had tough times last winter. Trent is a horrible carrier. The service is horrible and their new dispatcher is a crook - watch working with them. The dispatch for Trent is famous for back dooring people.

Has anyone dealt with Leland lately? How are they doing at paying their bills?
