They haven’t paid a dime from for a load we did. Picked up Monday in Chicago and delivered Tuesday morning in Quebec. US driver picked up in Chicago and we put a fresh driver on the load Brampton (as we always do on this load we have done for a few different brokera) and they won’t pay! Our equipment, same sealed trailer. They claim we should have got their approval to switch drivers….. yea right! :::::::bum wipes!
I claimed on their Surety Bond last week.

US carriers don't run like Canadian guys do with driver switches, so these smaller brokers get their panties all twisted with driver switches. We don't run much broker freight now on our assets but there was a time we did. This happened to us a lot...

Good luck getting paid tho. Looks like this is just a front for a bunch of people working out of the country.

I did 2 loads for them last year.

Average 100 days to pay. A lot of following up were required.

Address I have on file for them is 1608 Almosa Dr Allen, TX which is a residential address.

Lading Logistics are stiffers, don’t deal with these bandits! We Pick up on time, deliver on time and had to claim on their Surety Bond…….. the bond holder accepted our claim but we haven’t been paid yet. Stay away from
Lading Logistics!!!! They are not transportation people, they are Joker Brokers.

A few days after I filed a claim for $1,100 with the surety bond holder, Lading Logistics paid $600 from the $1,100 load that we picked up and delivered on time. Through their insurance company the want to negotiate the other $500……. I told them to piss off, it’s $500 they owe us and no discounts for deadbeats. The surety bond company is underwritten by Nationwide Insurance so that’s my next play if the Surety broker doesn’t pay up.
