KY carrier portal login issues

We're trying to file our quarterly KY distance tax but we keep getting server errors when logging in to the site.
We have also tried logging in on different web browsers but the same error message keeps appearing.
Anyone else having issues?
 
We have never had an issue with the portal before so this is very unusual.
 
We are having the same problem, we can log in, but when entering the KYU # we get a page of code. I've called and emailed and was told to leave a message and they will call back. If i put in a different KYU# it goes forward. Glad its not just me, I'm sure they will be lenient with late payments this quarter.


****I'll edit this, I actually just got a call back from someone down there, and they fixed mine, it sounds like it is an issue with Canadian Postal codes transferring over from their old system to the new.

I guess they are just fixing this for those that report it... Just tried mine, it still doesn't work.

Called last week but was on hold for so long I had to hang up...
 
The site is working now! I just filed our quarterly return online.
