We are having the same problem, we can log in, but when entering the KYU # we get a page of code. I've called and emailed and was told to leave a message and they will call back. If i put in a different KYU# it goes forward. Glad its not just me, I'm sure they will be lenient with late payments this quarter.
****I'll edit this, I actually just got a call back from someone down there, and they fixed mine, it sounds like it is an issue with Canadian Postal codes transferring over from their old system to the new.
