PU Monday / DEL Wednesday
RC sent Thursday the week before.
Driver arrived on site, got loaded, but then left the trailer loaded on site and detached the truck. Dispatch/owner had internal issues and insisted on delivering Tuesday, despite RC showing a strict Wednesday crane appointment.
Dispatcher refused to answer calls or assist, so we worked directly with the driver to keep the load moving and prepaid him.
Overall DNU, worst experience ever.
