I appreciate the suggestion, I was just about to look into collections agencies. Thankfully I haven't had much use for them up until now.Good Luck. if all else fails i say go to Baxter Bailey they are ruthless you will at least get some money back but they will get alot of heat.
All of those things are being done but with recouping our losses being unlikely, why not send collections as well?People need to get more vocal. Blow them up on social media - clients are still hiring these dirtbags and they need to know about it. Call shippers and receivers. Just sending it to collections costs you more money and time.
not the case. Loadlink just wants your money. They have no ethics, nor do they care who is on their platform, if you are scammer and if you are double brokering. I have been burned by loads posted on Loadlink which are fraudulent. Loadlink and it's complaint department have done nothing. I am sure others have had different experience with Loadlink, but for us...they did not resolve our issue. They let companies on that have their authorities revoked or insurance cancelled. They do no checks and balances to ensure everyone is compliant. If i can jump in... if you booked the load through loadlink then email complaints@loadlink.ca send them all the details they do a pretty good job of handling these kinds of complaints.
I agree they dont do alot to help collect your money but i have had a couple of brokers banned you just have to be a squeaky wheel. Make sure you keep all your communications and be succinct in how you position yourself. Loadlink needs to be held accountable for sure but you have to have a multifaceted approach. I agree with all the suggestions blast them on social media, send them to collections, complain to Truck stop and Loadlink and reach out to other carriers. just dont take the pressure off.not the case.
