Kriska - Shake Ups?

Kriska has been going thru some internal position changes the past 6 months - since COO Jonathan Wahba was brought on.

People who have been with the company many years being let go - positions being "doubled up" on staff....

I have a couple friends working there....a little concerned about job security lately.

Anyone have any "insider" news and/or thoughts on what's going on there....usually not a good sign when positions are not being filled but added to someone else's job duties - of course with no new title or extra pay....

Any posts would be appreciated....

Not insider news but we had to put them on DNU about a year ago we were waiting 100 days plus for money and no one there seemed to care so we stopped doing loads for them.

Something like that is not unheard of when there is a major change in the directors. The newbie will always try to find a way to make things work more smoothly. They come in with their vision of what will make the company more productive. They then wait to see reactions...I once worked for a large manufacturer where many and most of the staff had been there for many, many years. Let me stress the MANY. Within 2 years of the owner selling the company off to a consortium of American business people, who worked under the LEAN philosophy, the rollover was at about 92% for the office staff.
