Has anyone on this board experienced double-brokering loads by Kratos in Mississauga? Have you done any loads for Kratos for which you have not been paid?
 
Hi there. I'm a little late to reply, but we have an invoice we haven't been able to collect on from a load done in October. I have dug up some information, but have had no luck contacting them. The phone number on their website is not in service. I called another number I found for them, but it just rings and eventually a message comes on to say the voicemail box has not been initialized.
Happy to share more information if you are interested.
 
We have Kratos as inactive in our system.

from an internal email in late February:

I was just informed that according to their former manager Natalie, they will be closing as of February 28th.
Please be extra vigilant what you give them if you have to give them something.

Thank you for the update - they have been on hold in our system, but I was really hoping to collect. I will update their file with the information you have shared.
