Sold me a load from Ohio.
Insisted that we clear under their PARS. When we received the paperwork, the "carrier" listed on the bills was CH Robinson.

As I work with CH daily I called them and they confirmed this was a double brokered load.
I told Kingworld that I knew what they were doing and they accused me of back soliciting their customer.

Different company and happened with Delmar - but Delmar didn't care - so we got off the load..

Only way to stop double brokering. Hopefully if CH Robinson gets enough of these they will find a better way to scrutinize their carriers.
