Holy call centre! The same guy has called me twice about a load from Kingston to Frederick MD and never bothered to call SLH Transport. Oddly enough, when I asked, the dude had only been in the industry 3 weeks. He had never heard of SLH until now.

Well, looks like Kelron has not changed, only gotten worse. Booked a couple loads with Linda in the Montreal office, what a treat she is... I hauled her butt out of 2 fires on loads out of Lancaster, OH. Long story made short, I was denied waiting time even with the times signed in and out on the bill of lading, by the shipper. On time for the pick ups and signed as such on the B.O.L., yet she says we were late for the appointments, because that is the only way possible that our driver would have to wait to be loaded. On the second load she forgot to book the delivery appointment, we were told to cross dock at their Mississauga facility due to their error, they then short payed $250 for cross docking and farming the load out, even though the error was admittidly theirs. Then when I called about both issues and being yelled at for calling, I was told I was making issues out of nothing, and to stop bothering them with trivial things. I went to my superior and was told to cut them off... Now they want to know why we aren't dealing with them as we have had such a great partnership over the years.... Looking at the posts here, I would say that they know why....
