I wish i'd seen this site a long time ago.. all of these companies have taken us for alot of money. Like trying to money out of B'S Brokerage, I went to his customer asking for payment.. same ol' same ol' check in the mail..After 105 days it was, his customer was calling him with issues.

Without an intent to claim the broker/customer don't have a leg to stand on in court. Something has to be done about these sleaze bags out there. Pay the carrier for the service, I understand if there is an issue with a claim, that you may be upset but you still have to pay the carrier, and then collect afterwards if there is an issue, if I understand things correctly...

Stay far away from Brent Roos at B's Brokerage in Manitoba. There is already a thread on his company. We just got paid recently for an April invoice after I got nasty and impatient - one load and will never deal with him again - total headache!
