Anybody use these guys recently?

We had a bad experience a few years ago. They're calling again looking for freight. I expressed my concerns with respect to our past experience with them and was assured all is well.

But... eff me once and it's "your fault" eff me a second time that's "my fault".

Any comments are appreciated.

Business as usual

I guess it depends on the lane and what service is required? I have used them a few times with limited success and every time I recommend them for something that we can't cover, I get a "bad experience" story. I would still be cautious.

I have had success with them many times. Even used on expedite. I have had them turn down freight when they could not meet the parameters.

Uneven service and even made it on to the DNU list for that reason only. They seem like decent guys there and, frankly, were doing a decent job to and from NYC. Mind you, it's been 5 years since I've used JOT so things may have changed.

use them a couple times a month. Good service at decent rates.
