We've been having some issues lately although I have to admit that when I e-mail the owner I get a response fairly quick and he follows up on his responses.
They have been 90+ days with us lately and was told it was an issue with an AP employee they had there that held everything up. This person was to retire over Christmas so I am hoping things will get better soon.
