I have an invoice form Feb 2014 that is still unpaid. Payables are in only on Friday and are never in when you call on Friday. Beware and if you have any information which may help please let me know.

We busted them double brokering freight about a year or so ago. We ended up giving them something so that our invoice was contra'd and it worked out in the end. But now on our DNU I believe.
 
they tried to haul an OH to BC for us, seeing as they are new, have a limited amount of trucks and are based in ON, we did not use them.
 
Tagged in our system as DNU with notes including "double broker, back door solicitation". So it seems they're not paying their bills when they act as a broker, and their service is substandard when they act as a carrier. You'd think they could do at least ONE thing right!
 
There's the problem with people trying to do 'everything'. Specialize in one thing and do it well. Some companies learn the hard way (tongue firmly planted in cheek).

There's a few around the office with our logo on them. I've got a Pannu one (no idea where it came from) and a real nice one made of wood with GE on it...

Some hand me downs when Mike expanded our square footage and I took the office with the door (and windows I might add).

Either way, I'm glad I wasn't here when there were trucks. Life is interesting enough these days in transportation!!!
