Yes very bad to deal with, we did a few loads a few years ago but cut them off. Owner is building a 3500 sq ft new house and on vacation too often to pay the bills. Best off to call the Dad /Stan who also owns Lows Glass in St Kitts, he's a no b.s. kind of guy and should help get things resolved. Lots of luck
