is anyone having trouble collecting money from them? they indicated their big customer went bankrupt and they are short on funds. wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problems

I just got the exact same story and Josie who claims to be the owner told me that she would keep me updated as to when I will be getting paid.

Thy took a load form me, missed delivery appt, then walked out on second delivery appt, when we asked them to come cross dock made us pay in advance...
 
Yes i have 7 days ago. grab his load then was not 4sk but 8sk to AZ!!! he say sorry can get more$$$ so i say ok pay me for city pu and take it back! hes no i am just taking my load back.... after short argue pay in full B4 load was delivered to AZ!!! in full for 2 or 3 invoices. then i block him in my system!!! Cant get normal $$ for loads deliver them by your own truck!
