This US broker, does any one have any kind of experience with them? They post a lot but never answer the provided phone number or reply to emails.

Did a load a few years ago. Was hard to get any waiting time and same with the response time. Not at the co. Anymore so can't comment on payment trends.

We recently did a load for them, and wanted pictures of the truck trailer and driver. Hard no on the driver's part advised that his wife would not approve and they were ok with it. Definitely a weird bunch, but rate was good and they paid in 40 days including postage so not bad.

I worked with them this summer, 10-ish loads, good communication, all payments on time.

I just wanted to see if some one have any experience with them. You are right. If any business can't communicate properly, not a good sign to work with them.
