The company in question information is noted below, we did 3 LTLS moves for them one of the shipments was delayed and delivered 5 days later then we had originally told them we reached out immediately when the truck broke down and kept them updated on progress and the freight was delivered no damages after that they decided they only want to pay half the invoice since their " customer" deducted a late fee which we were not made aware of at the time of booking, time passes and we contacted the shipper for the remaining payment we find out they had been paid in the full the entire time. I had a feeling it was a bad idea to book freight through them I'm learning alot to listen to my gut and avoid.
