Joke of a carrier. Pathetic isnt even a way to describe how they handle themselves.

Im tired of this company and the games they play. Enough is enough everyone needs to know.

It doesn't mater if the rate is high or low. They will cancel 15 min before pickup after tracking on time and all good for pickup for days in advance.

Hazmat or non haz. Reefer or Dry van.

This company will cancel 100% of the time. Causing time delays and making you look like a fool.

Old KTG dispatcher started J D Trans. Given KTG history, probably not mentored well enough. Not making excuses for that the games, maybe just easier to swallow knowing the history.
 
We have never used them before, but every time they call on a load it leaves me feeling like I just spoke with someone from the Adams Family. Very strange to say the least. Just finally blocked them on Link to avoid any more time wasted, as entertaining as it can be at times.

It is unfortunate that you have not used us before. We are serving the industry since 2016 with all trucks on team drivers . We are not a very big company but yes we have all experienced team drivers and we can help you if you need our service .

I am proud that I am an old KTG dispatcher and I respect them. Sometimes Brokers cant see rough road carriers drive on and they talk about excuses & games but sincerely speaking as a carrier we have always tried to commit the orders which we can successfully complete and we will continue to serve this industry with honesty and full commitment .
