Afternoon all
Gave this company a load AB to TX,Load appt 1100 today. 0900 today, demands offloading asap Friday. Trucks have loaded ahead and receiving 5 trucks/day appt only.
1400 update still at shipper, demanding wait time. Reality says, shipper had to shut down loading due to severe lightening. Driver shows up without dunnage, clearly stated on load con, (16) 4 x 4 required. Shipper supplies at no cost. Now tells me can not deliver until next week Thursday. Long story short, had to offload him as my spidey senses were tingling
Then just about takes out a four wheeler leaving parking lot!
Good job carrier getting banned from one of the biggest pipe yards in Alberta!
