Beware of the Angelo #$%@# guy at Jagrup Entreprises
Was supposed to pick freight up in Winnipeg going to Calgary. Team on site waiting for that piece. Called him wednesday. Was to pickup either wednesday PM or thursday AM. Call him back again thursday. Driver was on the site pickingup. Customer just called me to do another tracing. Called him back and this jerk tells me : the piece was not ready, I didn't pickup, had to leave. He never called me to advise, nothing !! Only excuse : sorry I was busy yesterday. Jerk jerk jerk.

They "probably" did you a favour. Looking @ their "safer sys" stats/numbers Jagrup has an extremely high OOS ratio for load securement issues! Even if they had loaded the freight, statistically it wouldn't have been adequately secured and in all probability it would have ended up in a ditch between Winnipeg and Calgary!

Just another Surrey/Brampton based carrier to avoid.
