JAC Transport

We have used JAC for years and they have always done a good job for us. Always dealt with Sherry but she is no longer with the company. Joe is the new contact and he is not as good to deal with, but so far the service is still the same. Hope that helps.

Thanks, we have dealt with them for years while Sherry was there and things have always been great. Now this tough guy is running it and nothing delivers on time, they keep asking for more money and now they hold freight. I guess his fuel bill must be due.
I wish there were less scumbags in this industry

They held your freight? Can you shed some more information? Is the account overdue? I have never equated JAC with "scumbags".

We have dealt with them for years and have to agree that the service has seriously gone downhill since Sherry left.
 
I think that Sherry has moved on... haven't done anything with them since she's left.
 
AS I UNDERSTAND IT JOE IS THE OWNER AND HE LET SHERRY GO AFTER MANY YEARS OF DEVOTED SERVICE TO JAC. HE FELT HE COULD SAVE MONEY AND DO IT HIMSELF, I THINK HE MAY FIND IT ISN'T AS EASY AS IT LOOKS.
 
JAC has had some issues renewing their insurance due to poor safety scores. Joe has sold off most of his equipment, with the exception of his day cab (which he drives himself) and a handful of trailers. He just recently became an agent for Landstar, but seems to be having issues finding drivers. He is a one man band now.
