I worked with these guys once for the first time last week. they moved a load from Morristown TN to our warehouse in Pickering ON. they missed delivery the day after providing updates that the driver would be there by 3pm, he was originally supposed to be there at 10am. I had my guys wait for them but they hadn't showed by 5pm. Goldie assured me that the driver would be there first thing in the AM the next day. 9am I called to check and was told that the driver wasnt there but Goldie would drive the truck in himself to get it there quickly, eta was 1hr. then I got an update that he was 20 mins away.... 3 hours later the truck arrived and it wasnt even Goldie driving. first and last load I give to J Gold. in short, they picked up on time but delivered 31hrs late while providing false updates the entire time. Goldie seemed like a nice enough guy but that wont make me give them a load in the future
