I believe that's J&F Waste.

I didn't know they were into trucking too?

They do our garbage bin pick ups.

They do some freight but I thought they got rid of there flat beds......but I could be wrong about that. They do a lot waste collection and they also own the Volvo Mack dealership in Ajax. We do not do business with them....the only reason is because of the dealership which I think gives them an unfair advantage over other trucking companies.

Definitely a trucking company. We have used them a few times over the past years. No services issues to speak of.

I have thought that way for years about J&F and others in the industry. Why would you buy from your competition?

They still have flatbeds -- but I think the waste has become their bread and butter on the operations side. I used to have a customer that did short-haul flatbed and we would use them sometimes. They don't do very long radius moves.

ralph- same issue when you bid against the penske's and ryders of the world....or haul freight for them.......

Nothing wrong with J&F. I use them on a lot of flatbed loads. I also take freight from them for my trucks. Service and payment is good. Talk to Al in dispatch.
