I am attempting to get a Proof of Delivery from ISG Express Inc., 41 West Side Drive, Unit #1, Etobicoke, ON M9C 1B3 (416)644-8300 but their phone and fax numbers are out of service. I have also attempted to email to isgexpress@hotmail.com but no luck.

Does anybody know what has happened to this company or an alternative way to reach them?:confused:

They factor their invoices through IPS Invoice Payment Systems - maybe they can give you some info.

ISG Express are scamers and crocks. They are double brokering all loads booked with freight brokers and using their warehouse to split the shipment in two parts, making the load cheap and easy out of sight, who would to go to small claims court with a small invoice.

Stay away of them!!!
 
After weeks of chasing them for some overdue invoices we were told they would mail us a cheque. 2 weeks later, they said they thought we were coming to pick it up and they haven't mailed it yet.

I arrange to have the cheque picked up, but it's only half of what they owed. We call back their AP who says in a stern voice "these are not overdue, my terms are 45 days, nothing sooner, and these are only at30 days!" When he was advised to check the invoices again, he would see they are at 57 days OVERDUE, meaning 87 days from invoice.

When I called Joe he told me he would get the other half paid too, but unfortunately it wasn't.

I won't be doing anymore work for ISG, it's too bad because I liked working with Joe.

We rec'd payment from them today, it was not thru a "factoring" company. Average days to pay 60.

Stay away from them. Double brokerage. ISG Express are scammers and crocks.

Does anyone know where they have taken off to now??
They closed up shop last week at 191 Superior, Mississauga
 
Not sure of the address but we have a cell 647-239-0736 for the deadbeats. It goes to show you do not do business with companies that use a name the sounds like a successful customer.
 
He sure does have a nice house with a newer Nissan in the driveway. Paul's cell number is 905-867-0008 if you need to reach him.
Apparently they moved to 15 Bramalea Rd.
