They gave us load few months ago promised to be paid within 30 days. now they are not replying back to our emails and their phones and all extension are not working at all.

I searched their MC number on Transcredit, they come up with a Markham address
54 Laird Dr, Markham ON 647-608-2682 and 604-712-0219

Invictus Freight Inc has had their FMCSA brokerage authority revoked again.

they still did not pay not answering calls or emails at all. i tried reaching shipper and receiver now but they said go with invictus broker.. not sure how we will get paid now on this.. please see if anyone can suggest anything please
