They must not have public investors. I can't see any financial data anywhere to know if they have a liquidity problem.

Payment rec'd.
After being patient and working with the customer we were forced to threaten re-invoiving the freight bills to their customer/supplier named on the BL to attempt collection. Failing that we were going to collection against all parties named on the BL as debtors. As a broker and having paid all the carriers in a timely fashion for work completed in good order, waiting for payment for a small percentage of profit from NOV/DEC/11 until March 14/12 is getting a little overdue.
