For those of you wanting to take a "transport" break - read this article when you have a moment. It is a bit long...but a very interesting situation regarding insurance & the courts - to say the least.

I attached a poll to it also - you can vote who should receive the insurance money - from this sad, unfortunate and highly unique circumstance.
