Stateside Consulting Inc has the same phone number. so I think Stateside and Insight are related. nothing to do with Gigg. Though Insight has DOT carrier authorities but NOT AUTHORISED.
 
The Insight People just told me they are the brokerage division of Gigg. So there's that.
