iHaul Freight LTD.

Not sure who the owner is - shows Kanwar Rattanpaul (if only I checked before) as an officer and we dealt with John.

TransAm

I Haul Freight or iHaul Freight out of Surrey, BC do not use under any circumstances the guy's a downright crook.

You are probably TransAM from Ontario?? Do you mind telling people here about the situation?

Friends,
We gave TransAm a load and next thing we find out is that this guy sends an invoice to our customer. We lost a customer because of them. When we called them to find out why they sent an invoice to our customer - he was not cooperative at all (he didn't want to admit that he sent invoice to our customer).

We being generous - offered them to pay their invoice within 30 days after deducting small penalty for loss of customer and their business.

So anybody using them - beware - this guy is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Also - their invoice is NOT even due yet. Our customer received their invoice on JULY 25 and we got it on July 26 (after we informed them that invoice was sent to our customer directly).

Friendo you clearly know it was sent to your customer by error however your handling the situation just proved you're some kind of a scam artist. In any case, I stand by my original impression of your company so people stay away.

How the hell do we know that it was sent in error...? Our order confirmation clearly states our fax number and we request people to mail instead of faxes. Still you guys had enough time to call our customer (or Google) and get their fax number to fax them an invoice but never bothered to read the order confirmation.
All we wanted was a written letter from you that it was done in error but you never co-operated (too bad). It would have ended in a much better fashion for both of us if you had showed some professionalism in this situation.

After reading the comments above I would do business with IHaul Freight out of Surrey, B.C.

Trans AM you seem like a crook to me.

To Roadking & Wecandoit

As I suspect you're the same person. Check our invoice with pod - your customers fax is all over the bill of lading which can easily be confused with your "confirmation". Secondly, no need to lie. Third, think twice before you do anything stupid like not paying the bill or short paying it.

First of all I am not roadking. And second your supposed to send paperwork to confirmation address fax and not the bill of lading - you gotta be stupid to do that.

Howsmydriving - wecandoit - RoadKing,

Please stop with the rants and deal with your issues outside of the forum.

Thank you

For all it's worth, I have dealt with Ihaul on a few loads, and he has always done a good job...
