IBT TRANSPORT

IBT Transport is on my DNU.

Rav has done 2 loads for me and has had issues both times.

First shipment they didn't tarp the load after being notified over the phone and on tender. Driver told shipper he would tarp at the next pickup and ended up not tarping at all. I was told they would take pictures after the second stop, but none were taken. Customer was very upset.

Second shipment the truck broke down two times to go out west, ended up being a week late. I have his cell number and it still is really difficult to communicate with him. I probably called him over 10 times and emailed numerous times to find out the truck is still having issues.
 
IBT drouble brokers pretty much everything, they have been on my DNU list for a long time.
 
Yup...do not use. 8 days from calgary to Toronto and zero phone calls to let me know where my freight was. Worst carrier I have had the displeasure of using. Will advertise vigilantly to have these guys travel around empty...

NEVER EVER USE THEM. WE STILL A DAMAGE CLAIM THAT THEY WILL NOT ADDRESS. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE/ EMAIL.

Here is the thing, You can call the insurance, But they (IBT) has to call and submit the claim. They want. I have another claim B& W Transport. same shit.
B&W transport is another company to stay away from. Wally Khan.
