Booked a load from ON to AB with Ravinder for pickup Friday to deliver Monday.
On Monday he tells me truck broke down on teh weekend and says driver will be there Tuesday. All day Tuesday I call their office and cell numbers and there is no answer. I call him from a different line on Wednesday afternoon and someone answers and forwards me to call Ravinder on his cell and he is on the hospital. I get a text at 11 pm last night that driver will be there 7 pm today.
Again no answer all day today and I've notified their insurance company of a possible claim. Call back insurance company and they answered and now truck is broken down again.
Lots of lies so far from them. Stay far away from this company.
