I Need Dry Loads to Georgia

I'm on the search for dry loads going to the Gainesville/Athens, Georgia area. I could use 3 or 4 loads a week. Anyone got anything going on like that that they need help with ???

(I can also use dry freight along the corridor between Buffalo, NY and the Gainesville/Athens, GA area.)

I heard something about Nevada effective today (1 day late to celebrate July 4). There are a few other states I think also. Not that I need to know which states permit use, but if anyone would like to list them, for, um, research purposes that'd be great!! For a friend of mine who wants to know.
