I-40 closure Arkansas

I-40 mm202 WB closed in Arkansas (flooding). EB expected to close. Provided detours will add a lot of time and miles

If going to Dallas, Laredo etc., going through Tulsa will add tolls and a few miles.

Both directions now closed

EB now closed as well. River will not crest until this weekend and then several days to recede. Long delays reported on the detours (20 mile backups)
