Just added to DNU - invoice will be 90 days old.

Several calls, promises and lies.... mailed our chq Aug 24th

and has yet to arrive Sept 17th per Julia

Another call to them today ... Lorraine is payables now.... chq never mailed but printed Aug 24th ...they won.t release chq ..... maybe Wednesday or the end of the week will put it in the mail.

Cheap rates, 90 days to pay, poor attitude of account payable.

That is our experience with Hyphen Transportation Management.
 
apparently I missed this thread the first time, much to my chagrin. I can tell you from personal experience, nothing has changed there.
 
Lorraine is great on giving checks dates and the worst on giving mailing dates. Hyphen is a 100 day payer and is a waste of time!!!!
 
I've just concluded a conversation with Richard Tremblay, apparently the VP for Hyphen at Calyx. Based on that conversation, its fairly apparent that the issues are indeed systemic and not likely to change any time soon.

I'm sure that they were still doing some business with them but not like in their heyday. They were bought by Canada Cartage. The equipment still shows Muir's on it but I think it's just a matter of time before they change the paint schemes. The trucks are all O/O, they switched to that model around 5 years ago I believe.
