Hwy 401 Closed near Thousand Islands due to collision

That is some scary shit, hopefully nobody has any drivers involved or family travelling - not good.
 
I was wondering if Interpalco is going to get charged with unsecured load with those wire coils busting through the side of the trailer?
 
I'm thinking the flat bed beside him may get charged for those coils busting through Interpalco's trailer.
 
If you look closely at the picture there are still a few coils sitting inside the Interpalco van, So I do not believe the coils came off of a flatbed
 
Yeah I saw that different angle after I think they will have a little explaining to do. Also the blitz in June is going to be about load security.
