recently saw them active on loadboard posting ltl shipment from toronto to missisasuga,we booked one ltl with them but after setup they did not send confirmation ,even stopped picking up calls after that
 
They put an OTR load of ours om rail. We were able to track down the container and paid the rail carrier directly. They have since contacted our shipper AND receiver trying to get payment. Completely fraudulent carrier. CP police are involved as they are moving loads by rail and then holding them hostage. They are using DC Courier to pickup loads in Quebec. STAY AWAY!

Hi do you know they have any contact number or any rail one in toronto i need it urgently
 
They are playing dirty games with you. Booking OTR, putting it on the rail and asking for prepayments after the load is already picked up, and of course not following their promises and words. If you want someone who will totally screw up your relationship with the customer, you can use them, they are the best at this point. Definitely a DNU carrier.
 
We hired them to do a couple loads last November and now it has gone South. They Hired another trucking company and they have not paid them. We paid HP Express/ Rivera finance and now we have the collections of the other trucking company after us and our customer.

Get ready to find out that the shipper will have to pay twice unless you do. Good luck.

Yeah these guys are sketchy as hell. I dealt with them first hand. They hold shipments hostage, use other carriers and then there is the double pay mentioned by Jim L. I also do not believe they are insured properly for your cargo. The guy who owns the place (and his driver) own a few other businesses to hide what they are doing and they use fake locations so you can never even reach anyone in person. When their website was active their "head office" had another business there who never heard of them.

Im guessing at this point they closed up shop and started again under another name

HP express has no right to talk on this matter these guys took the load and send the load on rail and broke the seal as well. whole internet and knows about your unethical act. we have all the proofs and we already send this to FMSCA for your unethical conduct thanks.
