Hello Every one. I am not sure if i am posting under correct forum.

I was wondering how to fight Freight Guard report by broker. Mistakes were made on both ends. Started by broker and then our dispatch and now broker reported to Freight Guard against us.

Just updating on this. After nice email to broker, highlighting their mistake and accepting our mistake. Broker agreed and take down the Freight Guard report.

Carriers on the forum will know this better but my understanding is FG gives the carrier a chance to respond. Other than that response the only way to fight the FG is get a lawyer involved. Calls from carriers to FG are blocked or not answered.

Some brokers are very quick to freight guard and will do it for some stupid petty reasons. For anyone using Freight Guard, you always have to read the brokers reason, the carriers response and not just bypass the carrier because they have a FG.

Yes, i wanted to respond but for that, first we must receive email which we did not and Carrier411 said yes they sent but we never received one.
Yes, i am aware of Freight Guard not taking phone calls and block trucking companies which does not make sense. at least they should give access to trucking companies to respond on their website.

Only guessing but Carrier 411 is only pulling data from your DOT submission and what ever contact info you submitted if where they sent the email

I am sure they will take a call from you lawyer. How these FG reports are not slander is beyond me as stated above a lot of them are just petty from crybaby brokers getting butt hurt. The legit ones against the double brokers etc sure but because a truck breaks down or a driver gets held up at receiver etc those reports are nothing but crybabies.

On the flip side we have a freight guard because we missed or they didn't send a singular invoice, and instead of calling my accounting department they put up a freight guard for a 46 day old invoice. This was from a factoring company we had done (and continue to do) tens of thousands in business with. Obviously we resolved it and wired the money, but for real? For whatever reason the contact from 411 didn't come through so not only is that ridiculous FG up there we didn't dispute it either...
