I have done loads for them and they have been pretty decent with me.

They are slow payers and acctg often do not respond to Email.
they do pay but it's a constant fight to get money.

found not responding email, took load and now they keep changing the date for Trailer emptying, more than a week for waiting for trailer, as we thought we will return back with trailer, but now can't. They said 24 hour trailer drop, even refusing to pay for wait. How can we teach them a lesson?

It is. We did first time, was not aware. They didn't tell us clearly as we did ask them many times whether we can pick up in 24 hours or not, they said we can. Even they told we can drop earlier than the date and pick up after 24 hours. Since then they are changing next day, next day and it is always 7 days. B***t Titanium

I am having similar issues with an LTL shipment headed to BC. We agreed an appointment. I asked a Titanium rep to make the appointment, driver shows up no appointment made, now the Titanium guy hangs up on me acting like a child whenever I try and call him.

Definitely not impressed with them.

Last load was paid in 24 days. Load from this summer.

as a carrier they back solicit, found a few customers being back doored by one of their guys after using them. no longer using them and told them to take us off their list.
