We used them. Poor communication, then 'requested' all sorts of detention and waiting time as well. Got the feeling that if we didn't oblige, there may have been an issue with delivery. The sum was minimal, but didn't like that feeling we got.
Would not be my first choice in the future
....but now they email and call us daily for loads. Lucky us.
