Booked a Btrain with them in the morning by 10am, after 2 hours, she was like can I send my Quad axle instead. I told her yes you can as long as it can haul upto 90,000lbs. Then again she got back to me saying we can't haul more than 89,000lbs. I told her it's okay you can ask shipper to load you up around 89,000 since the shipper pays by weight.
After wasting 4 hrs of mine constantly sending me emails, she had a problem with the rate now. Fun fact: She herself agreed on that rate.
I had to ask her finally if she wanted to do this load or not. SHE SAID NO I WILL PASS.
I request all the Canadian Brokers to beware of this company as it might waste your time and ruin your relation with the customer. Who knows, she might be talking to your customer directly and doing all these things on purpose???
