Hem Transport - Brampton, ON

Anybody looking to use Hem Transport from Brampton Ontario on any of your freight run as far as you can from this company horrible service and communication , they have constantly lied from start to finish driver shows up 5 hours late to load then 7 hours late for delivery on a 6 hour run from Thorold Ontario to Auburn Hills Michigan, Promised us a fresh driver on this expedite and we paid accordingly for this expedite. Sonia is the dispatcher and could not give a straight answer on the location of her truck, Ended shutting a line down in Auburn Hills , they are on our DNU list , This will be the first and last time we ever use them, I would suggest the same to anybody looking to using them.

No problem Shakey, I am glad you did not have the same nightmare we experienced with this company, The thing that amazes me the most with these kind of companies is that they are new and trying to establish themselves as a trucking business but yet can constantly lie and do not think twice about it and wonder why nobody wants to do business with them, 33 years in business we have had our share of loads not getting to the delivery on time but yet we have been honest enough to tell our customer exactly what is happening and the issue at hand and it always works out at the end of the day with the proper communication , But I guess a lot of these new companies business model is to lie and hope that things work out for them

funny questioned Sonia on how many expedites they have done and have they had any issues lately, phone goes dead quiet then oh we have seemed to have booked this team already this morning I forgot................ She still hasn't learned a damn thing
