I have been told by a creditable source that a number of their tractors (+/- 30) were seized by the sheriff acting on behalf of the finance/lease company.

I did see a vehicle this morning on the 401 running with HBC on the door so it may only be the financed units at issue.

I have seen multiple HBC trucks on the 401 over the last few weeks.

They have a load posted from MD to ON today. Operation must still be rolling

I used them recently for dry van load, no issues and they were pretty responsive

Seen one westbound 403 this morning or a trailer at least did not catch name on tractor.

Yes, I noticed they also left Link a few weeks ago, most likely put under the same umbrella (didn't I see on here that BVD purchased?)

Had a driver from them apply to work for us, as per him they did go under. The staff was let go/downsized and the drivers were told a week prior.

Now this is one I haven't seen before. Big bold red letters saying not authorized but their authority states active. Their Fenchurch policy was cancelled April 17 - yesterday. It might be that the FMCSA needs a bit more time to complete the revocation of the authority.

Equipment financed from BVD went under BVD Umbrella and rest went to different dealers as Repo units, That's the story.
