Please put these guys on your DNU list, we did an LTL shipment last January for them and have yet to collect. They are telling us we quoted too high and will not pay us. The man that was in their traffic dept (the owners brother) is not there so any quotes that he excepted are not viable and will not be paid.
You will not get a live voice - it is always voice mails. Our invoice is for a small amount so not worth going the mile to collect. So please beware of these guys. My understanding is that we are not the first Canadian carrier they have done this with.
