Good afternoon all,

I just wanted to take a minute to wish you all a safe and happy Thanksgiving. It's the time of year to be truly thankful for all we have, for those family members we have left to celebrate with and to remember the family members that are with us in spirit only watching over us.

A fair chunk of the world does not have the opportunities/lifestyle/comforts we have. I try hard to remember when I'm angry about the asshole that door dinged my car in the Home Depot parking lot (3 years ago, 2 weeks after I got the car) that there are people in the world that don't have a fridge/pantry full of food, running water, clothes for their children... The list is endless and the majority of my stresses pale in comparison to the needs of so many others.

I'm thankful for too many things to list here but most of all for my health and every day I get to spend with my family and friends. You people aren't so bad either!! :)

Keep well,
Mike

Time to resurect this post from last year.

Happy Thanksgiving to all members and visitors!!

My wife and I found out last night that my mother in law will be discharged from hospital today to go home after being there for 6 weeks (she had kidney failure but is recovering well now). She's strong enough to go home and so we'll fly up to celebrate and be thankful she's home this weekend.

We spend so much time working and dealing with all the fun things that this industry throws our way, this weekend, please everyone take the time to remember and be thankful for our health and enjoy time with the loved ones that we have left while remembering the missing people around our dinner tables.

On a fun note, my 2 year old insisted that he sleep with his brand new Baby Shark suit case last night. He was told he's going to see Nona and Papa so he packed his Paw Patrol blanket and a few toys, he's ready to go!

Keep well and God bless to all,
Mike

Sometimes we get so busy in life and its challenges it is hard to remember what we have to be thankful for. This last year has been full of changes that sometimes feel overwhelming. I have seen people I love pass on, spend time in the hospital, and sadly, some who decided they couldn't spend anymore time on this earth.

I am thankful for my two amazing cubs who shine bright, my family who always has my back, and my dogs for always "listening" to their crazy mom! There are lots more reasons to be thankful when you really take the time to sit and reflect.

Wish all a safe and happy weekend with your loved ones!
