Used this carrier for an expedited, dedicated load for Edmonton. Where shall I begin with the litany of problems? P/U Wed evening, OK. Supposed to be in Medicine Hat Friday 8:00 am. A "drivers wife" called Thursday to the first c/ advising they would be late - no call to me. This was all delivered a day late and damaged. Owner admitted he put more freight on the truck and got stuck. They even damaged our freight by stacking it. I lost the customer who isn't paying the freight and I can't really blame them.

They had done a few loads for us previous to this without problem. Definitely DNU.

I was giving them an LTL. Before they even showed up at the shipper they where calling telling me it was bigger than I said and wanted more money and a extra day for delivery. I just told them to pound salt and found someone else.

I hear ya Rob,

Thanks for your input. I may have to call Hana to follow up on this booking (it's a TL exclusive to MB) and do whatever my gut tells me during the phone call.

Didn't get a chance to speak to Nadeem until after the pickup.

I did speak to him and discussed the crew flying into Winnipeg to meet the truck, the high value shipment, etc...

My feeling currently is 'just ok'.

Monday Morning when this one delivers he will either prove himself (we've done plenty of work together in the past) again or I will be at his office demanding answers quickly.

Everything will be ok...
